Brazilian Soccer Schools - Crawley and Tandridge welcomes children between the ages of 5 and 16, irrespective of ability level. We exist to give children the best start in football.
With well over 1 million children enrolled in soccer academies in 61 countries, Brazilian Soccer schools can rightly claim to be the largest soccer skills coaching scheme in the world. This is our first year in Crawley and Tandridge - we have great ambitions, based around the quality of the Brazilian Soccer Schools programme and the enthusiasm and expertise of our coaches.
The central aim of Brazilian Soccer Schools is to encourage children to spend longer working with the ball practicing and developing their skills. Everything we do has this in mind at at BSS sessions almost all of the time will be spent working with the ball at your feet.
Training sessions feature a high level of coaching, normally incorporating music to maintain a fun and progressive atmosphere. We work on developing technique and ball skills, giving children confidence in controlling and using the ball to maximum effect. We use a Futebol de Salao ball for much of the time, a small, heavy, low bouncing ball used by all of the top Brazilian players, now specially made for Brazilian Soccer schools by Nike.
“I developed my skills playing Futebol de Salão in my home town of Bauru." - Pele
We believe that good behaviour is essential and we aim to raise expectations of our children. We have seen the results of this ethos at first hand by visiting other Brazilian Soccer School Centres, and see this as an essential ingredient in what we provide.
From Pele and Rivelino, Zico and Socrates, through to Kaka and Ronaldino, the magic of Brazilian soccer skills is an important part of what we are about. Come and play the Brazilian way!
