Our summer camp went well and all the Children enjoyed the mixture of BSS and Fun games. We would like to thank all those that attended and we enjoyed every minute of your company. Hope to see you all at our next camp. Some photos for your viewing, Week one of eight week summer camp
Our second player of the month of September is Colm Egan. Colm who came to us during the Summer Camp and was eager to stay on, came back and became a member of our weekly sessions. He has come on in his football 10 fold and works extremely hard to during the sessions. A pleasure to work with and of impeccable manner Colm deserves to be September’s player of the month. Colm who is extremely quiet during the sessions finds himself a clear corner space and works away until he achieves his goal of mastering the skill asked of him. Well done Colm

Our player of the month for September is Christopher Carey. Christopher, who attends our Lucan venue, is a pleasure to watch whilst performing any task that we ask of him. His manner and dedication to the sessions is second to none, the joy on his face when he sees something working is priceless Christopher is not shy about asking you anything about the task in hand. Christopher will be one to keep an eye on in the future, providing he doesn’t get caught up in any GAA bug. We certainly look forward to working with him over the coming years. Well done Christopher, Keep up the good work

Our Player of the Month for May is Kian Corbally. Well if there is anyone that epitomises the saying A Dark Horse, this young man is it. Kian came to us for our Easter Camp and he was fantastic, very shy but confident young man and we loved him, Kian has come on immensely since our Easter Camp, and never shy’s away from any of the moves that are asked of him, and in some cases gets to grip with them very quickly, then works on the technique. Well done Kian

Our Player of the Month for July is TJ Cosgrave. TJ came to us in March 2010 and was a very shy young man that followed is sister everywhere during the early days of his weekly sessions. Since March TJ has improved immensely. TJ is one of our players that would be used to demo to the other students, his technique in Pele Sprints etc is just fantastic. I hope to keep TJ for a good few years and hope is venture into club football does not disrupt is progress with us or disrupt is weekly sessions. I know who ever gets him are getting a gem and hope no bad habits take from his skill. Smyth’s Voucher Received!!!!!!
Our Player of the Month for June is. Nathan Gorman. Well to witness improvement like we have seen with Nathan just proves to Karl and I that at BSS we have the best coaching tool in the world. This did not happen over night with Nathan, but with his dedication and his constant practising at home we have one of our most improved players. We have Nathan, who travels from Ringsend in Dublin to Ballyfermot every Saturday and the transformation we see is well worth the journey. Not only has is improvement made us smile, but this young boys manner attitude is just Fantastic.

Our Player of the Month for August is Lee Blakemore. Well we are so lucky at Brazilian Soccer Schools Dublin Southwest to witness such huge improvement in our players, and young Lee is one such player. We got Lee back in April and on his first day he wanted to go home, luckily for us we managed to keep him there for the full session and what an improvement. Lee is so much more comfortable on the ball and performing the tasks that are set. He is always looking at the older players to see how they do it and will always try his best.

Our second Player of the month for July is Jennifer Cosgrave. This is one talented young girl who has excellent ability on the ball. Jennifer has fantastic foot work within the game. Jennifer being so young still has to learn not to give up or get frustrated when a result is not going her way, and the best way to develop is to stay on the pitch and help her team, as deciding to sit down only defeats the purpose. Having said that her development as a BSS player has being nothing short of excellent. Jennifer has the football ability to play the game at a high level.
Our player of the month for August is Luke Cronin (No Photo). Luke came to us in our Lucan Venue and was one of our first members in his age group. Luke is a very talented player, his rhythm in pele sprints, zico sprints etc is excellent. Luke’s manner is also second to none. You could show Luke a move once or twice and he would have it, his football is also nice to watch.
Well Done Luke Keep up the good work
